Hello. My name is Doris. and for as long as I can remember I've loved the movies. I study film now in loverly Detroit, Michigan. By my senior year, I will be expected to write, produce, direct, and edit my very own narrative short.
I've spent all of last semester doing nothing but writing about the films I saw in class and found that I learn so much more about several aspects of filmmaking I never knew possible.
This blog will not only be dedicated to my analysis and review of classic and contemporary film, but it is most of all, a celebration of the wonderful world of cinema.

- Music is my life. I watch credits at the end of movies. I'm awful at horseshoes. I play tennis, but not often enough. I'm in love with Ann Arbor. I own over 40 pairs of shoes. My room is always messy. I like google searches. I need a lot of sleep. I'm weird with numbers. I have a big family. I love to learn. I love kitties. I don't like most pictures of myself. I love people. I'm pretty competitive. I only read what interests me. I hate the beach. I hate most video games. I go to the movies by myself. I like feet. I never know what to do with my hair. My legs are whiter than the sand at the beach. I use Final Cut. I daydream a lot. I don't like being around negative people. I laugh a lot. Outdoor concerts are the best. Coffee is my favorite kind of ice cream. I love karaoke. I love snowflakes. I hate camping, but do it at least twice a year. I like to play Texas Hold Em. I lose or break sunglasses like it's my job. I never go without a watch. I don't like soft drinks. I have a loud scream. I hate pants without pockets. I dance around the house in my underwear. I hate litter. I hate when people ask about school. I love light.
